Jon Asmussen

Jon Asmussen is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the IoT and connected health sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development for Connected Health at KORE since June 2023, Jon is responsible for fostering client relationships with strategic accounts and driving new business growth. Prior roles include leading business development and strategic partnerships at Twilio, where Jon cultivated relationships with notable partners such as STMicroelectronics and AWS. Jon's background also encompasses significant contributions at Verizon, where responsibilities included overseeing partnerships related to ultra high-speed 5G networks and managing key client accounts, as well as launching an IoT services business unit at Future Electronics. Jon holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Chico.
