Jonathan Heymann

Jonathan Heymann is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in securities regulation and registration. They served as a Corporate Registration Officer at the Ontario Securities Commission from 1999 to 2007, where they ensured adherence to the Ontario Securities Act and contributed to regulatory practices. Since 2007, Heymann has been the President of Wychcrest Compliance Services Inc., providing compliance services to various registrants. Additionally, they currently hold the position of Director, Compliance and Registration at KoreConX, supporting crowdfunding and capital markets. Heymann is pursuing a B.A. (Hons) in French & Politics at the University of Reading.
