Jeffrey Brown

Jeffrey Brown, AIA, currently serves as the Managing Director and AVE Director of Development at Korman Communities since September 2016. Prior roles at Korman Communities include Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Earlier experience includes a Development Intern position at AvalonBay Communities and a Real Estate Development role as an Owner's Representative. Additionally, Jeffrey Brown completed an internship at Douglaston Development and worked as a Project Architect at Douglas VanderHorn Architects from May 2012 to May 2015. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University.
