David Lette

David Lette is a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry in Amsterdam, specializing in the global Consumer practice. They have led numerous C-level and supervisory board searches across the consumer, retail, and agriculture sectors, leveraging extensive industry expertise and a robust global network. Prior to their role at Korn Ferry, David spent nearly 20 years in the consumer goods sector at Heineken, culminating in their position as Marketing Director in the Netherlands. They began their career in investment banking at Citigroup and hold a Master’s degree in Management from the University of St Andrews, along with other educational qualifications. David is fluent in Dutch and English and conversational in German.
