Jen Dutton

Jen Dutton is a strategy, people, and organisational change consultant specializing in Design Thinking and co-creation. With extensive experience in driving transformational change, Jen has held senior roles at Allianz Insurance, Oliver Wyman, and EY, where they established a leading Design Thinking center. Currently an Associate Partner at Korn Ferry, Jen continues to focus on building capability within organizations to navigate complexity through human-centric solutions. Jen holds a BA in Russian and French from the University of Bristol and has completed executive education in Design Thinking at MIT Sloan.
