Kyle Hack

Kyle Hack is a Change Management Specialist currently employed at both Yale University and Korn Ferry since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in change management and training from previous roles at FEI, T&E, WSD, and CCS. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, Kyle has successfully initiated and implemented change plans for diverse projects, developed actionable deliverables, and utilized the ADKAR model to facilitate change adoption among over 80 stakeholders. Proven skills in training, content development, and policy enforcement were evident in earlier positions, where Kyle managed learning programs and coordinated the transition to virtual instruction for multiple clients.
