Mark Jackson is a retired Managing Director from Hay Group, where they contributed significantly to management consulting and leadership development. Prior to that, they served as a Psychometrist at Toronto East General Hospital and as a Senior Consultant at Warren Shepell Consultants. Mark is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of British Columbia. After retiring, they focus on travel, golf, boating, skiing, and volunteer board work.
