Stuart Richards is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the consumer sector. Currently serving as the Market Leader EMEA for Korn Ferry, Stuart oversees a team focused on identifying emerging leaders in the Consumer Industry across Europe and the MENA region. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Partner at HW Global Talent Partner for nearly a decade, specializing in executive search across multiple sectors. Earlier experience includes founding Masters Talent Solutions and serving as an Associate at Wilton & Bain. Stuart began a career in talent acquisition with a cultural representative role at Walt Disney World, following a BA(Hons) in English from the University of Hull and a Cert in Higher Education in Astronomy from University College London.
