Wayne Mealey

Wayne Mealey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and client services across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate Client Partner at Korn Ferry since December 2015, Wayne has held multiple roles including Global Project Director and Head of Americas Recruitment for RPO Accounts. Prior to Korn Ferry, Wayne worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and contributed to Alcon as a Corporate Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Earlier roles include senior client service positions at PRO Unlimited and account management at CUNDY, Inc., along with a background in field marketing at Newell Rubbermaid and military service in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and an A.A. in General Business from Saint Leo University.
