Ron Melzer

Ron Melzer has extensive work experience in the chemical engineering and ink manufacturing industry. Ron started their career at Jettable in 2006, where they worked as a Chemical Engineer. In this role, they developed solvent ceramic ink formulations and planned and established production lines. Ron also established a quality laboratory and determined construction specifications.

In 2012, Ron joined Kornit Digital as a Chemistry Engineering Manager. Ron managed the entire project of constructing a process factory and led the engineering aspect of the project. Ron also managed a multidisciplinary team, built annual work plans and budgets, and ensured the continuous production of high-quality products.

Later, Ron took on the role of Director of Chemical Engineering at Kornit Digital. Ron managed the engineering department, including chemical engineering, process engineering, instrumentation and control, quality, and maintenance. Ron acted as the plant manager and was responsible for planning and budget management. Ron also translated the organization's strategy into the plant's strategy and set Objectives & KPIs.
