Andy Pierson

Andy Pierson is currently a Senior Engineering Manager at Korry Electronics, leading a team of Mechanical Engineers and Designers in the UCS design group. Prior to this role, Andy served as a Senior Project Manager at GE Digital, where responsibilities included managing ~$20M annual contracts and leading multiple project teams. With a notable background at GE Aviation, Andy held several positions including New Market Airplane Program Leader and Operations Black Belt, where significant improvements in delivery and customer satisfaction were achieved. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati in 2003.
