Gemma Rawlinson has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Gemma began their career in 2004 as a 2nd Line Support Analyst at Travelport, where they were responsible for assisting internal customers with any queries or support they required. Gemma then moved up to Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Quality Analyst roles. In 2018, they were promoted to Marketing Manager, where they acted as the principal contact for Product Owners and Product Managers with regards to the creation and publication of Product and Developer Advisories. In 2019, they moved to Kortext, where they held the roles of Customer Service Support Specialist, QA Engineer, and Senior QA Engineer.
Gemma Rawlinson attended Burnham Grammar School from 1993 to 1998. In February 2022, they obtained a BDD with SpecFlow masterclass certification from SpecFlow.
