John Garrould

John Garrould has over 30 years of experience in the IT field. John began their career in 1989 as Regional IT Manager at Grampian Country Food Group, where they were responsible for converting millions of lines of RPG2 to RPG400 on AS/400. In 1997, they became Head of Information Technology at Bertram Books, where they were responsible for IT Service Management, Strategy, Project Delivery, Software, Security, Vendor management & Availability across Bertrams, a leading British and International book wholesaler. In 2020, they joined Kortext as Associate Director, B2B Fulfilment.

John Garrould has studied Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at The Open University.
