Richard Wakelam

Richard Wakelam has been working in the software development field since 1999. Richard began their career as a Managing Director at Elephant Data Solutions. In 2005, they became a Software Developer (Contract) at BT Fleet, followed by a Software Developer (Contract) role at Automation, Design and Installation in 2006. In 2007, they were a Software Engineer at Serck Controls, and then a Senior Developer at UK Mail from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Lead Developer at Advanced Retail, followed by a Lead Engineer role at Pinewood Technologies from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they have been an Analytics Developer at Kortext since 2019.

Richard Wakelam attended King Edward's School, Birmingham from 1993 to 1996, where they studied English. Richard then went on to pursue a BA (Hons) in English at King's College London.
