Mariam Ayyoob

Mariam Ayyoob is a seasoned professional in research and strategic design, currently serving as the Director at Koru, a venture studio backed by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mariam was the Director of Customer Experience Strategy at Manulife Investment Management from April 2022 to March 2024, where the focus was on enhancing customer and digital leadership through human-centered design methodologies. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Business Operations for TELUS Health, and holding various consultancy roles at IBM iX, Bell, and the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Mariam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
