Youngin Kim

Youngin Kim is a Cloud Consultant and Solutions Architect with over seven years of experience in technical roles, including more than five years focused on cloud architecture and consulting. Currently, at Koscom since December 2020, Youngin leads the development of Korea’s first full-cloud AI Contact Center and manages service migrations and regulatory compliance tasks for financial IT clients. Previously, Youngin worked as an AI Inference Platform Architect at Tmax Inc. and as a Software Architect and Developer at SEMES, ultimately contributing to significant advancements in both cloud-native system design and AI integration. Youngin holds a Bachelor's degree in Software and a Master's degree in Intelligent Software from Ajou University.
