Kosenjin-kai is the official premier alumni network dedicated to "Kosenjin"—anyone who has ever studied at a National Institute of Technology (KOSEN) in Japan. We are a general foundation established to foster a powerful mutual aid network, ensuring that the immense potential of the KOSEN community is fully realized and leveraged for the benefit of society.

Our Heritage and Vision:

For over 60 years, KOSEN institutions have been the backbone of Japan’s manufacturing and technological prowess ("Monozukuri"). As we marked the 60th anniversary of the KOSEN system in 2022, the need to further elevate our collective value became clear.

With approximately 500,000 alumni nationwide, Kosenjin-kai was founded to unite this diverse and highly skilled talent pool. Our mission is to strengthen the bonds between alumni and work together as a unified force to enhance the prestige and impact of KOSEN education in a rapidly evolving global society.

Key Initiatives:

1. Strategic Philanthropy & Institutional Support
We facilitate donations and various support programs directed toward KOSEN institutions. By giving back to our alma maters, we contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational environment and the overall brand value of KOSEN.

2. Networking & Community Building (KOSENJIN SUMMIT)
Building a robust human network is at our core. We regularly host flagship events such as the KOSENJIN SUMMIT, providing a platform for alumni across generations and industries to connect, collaborate, and create new opportunities for innovation.

3. Next-Generation Empowerment Projects
We are committed to investing in the future. Utilizing the contributions from our alumni network, we fund and manage support projects specifically designed for current KOSEN students. Our goal is to empower the next generatio
