Jim Rand is the Founder and CEO of Synervoz Communications Inc., a software development company catering to clients with complex audio needs, including major industry players like Bose, Unity, Meta, and Amazon. Jim is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Kosmi Inc., which creates shared online experiences for entertainment and collaboration, achieving over 200,000 monthly active users without a marketing budget. Jim holds advisory roles at Roadtrip and Gesso, as well as experience as an Equity Research Analyst at Pollitt & Co. and as a Mining Analyst at AMEC. Jim's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from IE Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Queen's University.
