Kosmont Financial Services (KFS) offers a unique and full range of services to public agencies and private entities that require public finance expertise including projects that advance real estate and economic development programs.

KFS handles transactional business, such as public agency bond financings, that are regulated by government agencies. KFS provides transactional Financial Advisory services to public agency clients. KFS’ public finance services complement the broader array of economic development services that are separately provided by Kosmont Companies which services include real estate advisory, project finance, transaction structuring, developer negotiations, project planning, project implementation, real estate management and asset evaluations.

KFS’ unique blend of skill, innovation and entrepreneurship is what sets Kosmont apart from the crowd. Our Financial Advisory services are not “monoline” but instead tap into a broader array of financing devices and mechanisms that most public agencies do not always recognize are available to them. This type of ingenuity and creativity are the hallmarks of Kosmont Financial Services and epitomizes our approach to every assignment. KFS is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board as a Municipal Advisor and certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (“MBE”).
