Koster Marketing is a full-service marketing agency trusted by businesses of all sizes, from ambitious startups to established enterprises, to build brands that grow and strategies that deliver measurable revenue results.
Founded by Eva Koester and Joerg Ploetzner, the agency combines over 15 years of marketing expertise with deep digital and technology knowledge, bringing together the two disciplines modern businesses need most to compete and grow.

Eva leads marketing strategy with a results-first approach, delivering senior-level thinking and hands-on personal service across the full marketing mix. Joerg drives the digital and technology side, ensuring every strategy is backed by the right tools, platforms, and data infrastructure to perform. Together, they offer clients a rare combination of creative strategy and technical execution under one roof.

Social media growth is at the core of what we do. We build engaged communities that convert, not just follower counts. Eva and Joerg have personally grown a combined audience of over 190,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok, and have helped clients build a collective following of over 1.2 million. That firsthand experience as both creators and strategists shapes every social strategy we build for our clients and delivers results that speak for themselves.

Our services span the full marketing mix, including brand strategy, digital marketing, social media growth, content, SEO, AI Overview Optimization, and campaign management, giving clients a single trusted partner for every marketing need.

What sets us apart is simple: we treat every client’s budget like our own. No wasted spend, no vanity metrics, no fluff. Just clear strategy, smart execution, and outcomes you can measure.

Whether you are launching a brand, scaling a business, or looking to outperform in a competitive market, Koster Marketing delivers the expertise and dedication to get you there.
