Lauren O'Dea possesses extensive experience in product development, sales, and brand innovation. Currently serving as Senior Director of New Product Development, Sales & Brand Innovation at Kosterina, Lauren has held various positions including Director of New Product Development & Brand Marketing and Senior New Product Development & Brand Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Innovations Associate at Lehigh University and several roles at twelveNYC, culminating in the position of Senior Manager, Creative + Development. As the founder of Bracelets 2 Benefit, a venture launched during college, Lauren gained valuable insights into entrepreneurship. Additional roles at Time Inc. included positions as Sales Assistant and Account Coordinator. Lauren earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Lehigh University.
