Milo R. has extensive work experience in the consumer retail, investment banking, and consulting sectors. In 2020, they joined Kosterina as Chief of Staff + Head of Operations, a founding team member building and growing a premium wellness brand. Milo also currently serves as Director of ECI, Inc. Prior to this, they were an Independent Investor & Advisor for an Early Stage Tech-Enabled Consumer Retail company in 2019, an Investment Professional in Private Equity at MacAndrews & Forbes in 2019, and a Senior Associate at Barclays Investment Bank from 2016-2017. Milo began their career at Barclays Investment Bank as a Summer Associate in 2015 and at Lubin Lawrence as a Senior Consultant in 2009.

Milo R. obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, with a focus in Private Equity and Venture Capital. Prior to this, they obtained a B.A. from Dartmouth College, with a major in Art Milo'story and a minor in Psychology.
