For over 12 years, KOSTERSKI ENGINEERING has been supporting global automotive key players in delivering safe, reliable, and future-ready systems - from concept to production.

We’re an engineering company specializing in automotive software, system engineering, and new product development. By combining deep system and software expertise, we help our clients throughout the entire development lifecycle. Our team was founded by three experienced engineers with over 19 years in the automotive industry, and our core strengths include automotive software, system and requirements engineering, cybersecurity, and new product development.

On top of our engineering services, we also offer certified professional training programs in partnership with PECB, an internationally recognized certification body. Our trainings cover Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy, Information Security & Risk Management, Business Continuity, ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems, and Digital Transformation. They can be delivered online or on-site, in English or Polish, and every participant receives an official PECB certificate upon completion.
