Tom Groff

Tom Groff is currently the President of Kotem, focusing on product strategy and global sales for the Kotem Evolve suite of products. Tom's extensive career includes roles such as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Quality Vision International, where they defined and maintained the product portfolio across multiple divisions and sensor technologies. Tom's earlier experience encompasses positions at Optical Gaging Products and Rosco Precision Machinery, where they managed sales and metrology products. Educated in Aerospace Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holding an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, Tom also attained a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
