Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) was established in 1962 as a national trade promotion organization. After expanding its mission to promote foreign investment in 1995, KOTRA functions as a Global Business Platform through over 127 branches in 84 countries. 

KOTRA Warsaw Office was established in 1989 with the commencement of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Korea. It serves as a liaison between two countries by facilitating trade and investment.
