Maxwell Correya has worked in the software industry since 2001. In 2001, they were a Software Engineer at Vishwas Software Exports Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for design, development and support for different applications. Maxwell also was responsible for system discussion, system design, development, testing, user training and support, and successfully implemented software application of Milk industry. In 2002, they worked at Software Incubator Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer. Theirresponsibilities included design, development and release responsibility for different applications, system discussion, team leading, testing and coordination, and they were a contributor to Suneido open source development tool. In 2003, they worked at DC Mills as an IT Manager (Assistant). Maxwell Correya has a diverse educational background. Maxwell completed a Master in Computer Application at Hindustan College of Engineering between 1998 and 2000. Prior to this, they earned a PGDCA in Computer Application from IHRDE Kerala in 1996. Maxwell also holds a BSc in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1995. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an Agile Master Master (ASM) from Simplilearn in 2019, an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training Certificate from Morning Star Management Services in 2017, a Motivating Individuals and Navigating Teams Certificate from CREDAI in 2011, a Scrum Product Owner Boot Camp from Project Management Institute in 2011, and an Internal Audit for ISO 9001:2000 from TOTSTAT Quality Consultants Private Limited in 2006.
