Mohan Mathew Kottukapally

Mohan Mathew Kottukapally began their career in 1998 as the Director of Projects and Business Development at Kott Software Pvt. Ltd. In 2001, they were promoted to Head of Business Development at the same company. In 2003, they were promoted again to Program Manager at Kott Software Pvt. Ltd. In 2005, they co-founded AeroChef Global, a leading cloud-based enterprise solution provider for airline catering management. As the Director of AeroChef, they supported niche verticals for private jet catering, galley management, and non-airline catering, with the software system now supporting over 50 Airlines, 2200 flights, and 65 million onboard meals annually.

Mohan Mathew Kottukapally has an education history that spans from 1983 to 2017. From 1983 to 1993, they attended TOC-H Public School. From 1993 to 1996, they attended Mangalore University, where they earned a BBM in Business Management, Finance, and International Trade. From 1996 to 1998, they attended Xavier Institute of Management and earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business.
