Tom Wraight

As a Consultant at Kotter, Tom supports the internal structure of engagement teams while fostering relationships with client organizations. He maintains clear communication paths to define roles and coordinate session preparation in order to keep transformation efforts moving forward with a defined vision.

For over 10 years, Tom has pursued his passion for relationship building through work in special education, youth athletics, and most recently at a non-profit summer camp with a focus on leadership development. Through his non-profit work, Tom has years of experience designing leadership programs, capital fundraising campaigns, and managing stakeholder engagement. Tom seeks to empower people at all levels of organizations and believes that creating opportunities for individual leadership is a key component in strengthening groups that strive for change.

Tom is based out of the Cambridge, MA office.
