At Kottravai, we are on a mission to redefine the lives of women beedi labourers by transforming struggles into sustainable opportunities. 🌿

For generations, women in this sector have worked in silence — long hours, minimal pay, and little recognition. We believe their story deserves a different future.

Kottravai creates pathways of empowerment, dignity, and self-reliance by:

Building sustainable livelihoods beyond beedi labour

Restoring the dignity of work through fair opportunities

Enabling women to step into growth and entrepreneurship

Driving social impact and inclusive development in rural communities

We are more than an initiative — we are a movement to ensure that no woman is defined only by her struggles, but by the strength of the story she chooses to write. ✨

Because true progress is measured not by numbers, but by lives transformed and voices empowered.
