Brad Rhoads

Brad Rhoads, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Brad currently works as an Implementation Engineer at Kount, an Equifax Company, where they started in November 2021.

Previously, Brad has held various positions at Mission Aviation Fellowship, starting in 2007. Brad started as a Learning Technologies Specialist and Sr. Software Engineer, focusing on software engineering for distance education in remote areas. Brad gained valuable international experience, working onsite and remotely in Central Asia, China, Costa Rica, and India. Later, they became the Director of Information Technology (Edutech Mission), where they provided direction and consulting for MAF's subsidiary in Costa Rica and its clients in Latin America. Brad also managed the implementation of a new Aviation Management System (AMS) and built integrations between AMS, NetSuite, and other systems.

Before MAF, Brad worked as a Sr. Consultant at Spencer Stuart, specializing in Delphi and ASP.net programming for the mission-critical systems of the executive search firm. Brad also worked as a Sr. Consultant at TAP Pharmaceutical Products, where they helped architect an Identity Management System and developed an import system for new employees and contractors.

Prior to that, Brad worked at Zethcon as a Sr. Consultant, responsible for various Internet-based projects, including warehouse management systems and desktop development. Brad also founded Data Science, Inc. in 1994 and served as its President, working on contract programming and developing Distributed Internet Applications (DNA) using Microsoft products.

Additionally, Brad has experience working as a Sr. Programmer Analyst at MCI and Allstate. At Allstate, they worked on a universal life product, contributing to the Cash Surrenders and Death Claims teams throughout the project life cycle.
