David Roscheck is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Kount, an Equifax Company, since 2024. Previously, David held the position of Deputy Legal Counsel at the Idaho Supreme Court from 2022 to 2024 and worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney at the Ada County Prosecutor's Office from 2014 to 2022. David also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Lynn Norton at the Idaho Fourth Judicial District Court from 2012 to 2014, and completed legal externships at Holland & Hart LLP and the United States Department of the Interior. David earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University—J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2012, following a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Boise State University in 2009.
