Eric Brugger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Eric started their career as a Customer Service Representative at the Nevada Secretary of State in 1995, where they actively participated in business process redesign and provided research assistance for corporate investigations. In 1997, they became a Client Manager at Novations Group Inc, where they managed client relationships and coordinated resources for client projects. From 2000 to 2005, Eric worked as a Marketing Technology Integration Specialist at The MONY Group - An AXA Financial Company, where they planned and executed nationwide training programs and provided technical support for hardware and software integration. At NovaRad Corporation from 2005 to 2007, Eric served as a Project Manager and Technical Service Engineer, overseeing the installation and support of PACS systems in hospitals. After that, they joined AXA as a Project Manager and Trainer, providing logistical and operational support for business critical projects and managing relationships with third-party vendors. In 2015, Eric joined the Kount, an Equifax Company, initially working as a Senior Customer Success Manager, facilitating the integration of fraud prevention solutions for clients and providing training to users. As of 2019, they transitioned into the role of a Solutions Engineer at Kount.
