Henry Johnson

Henry Johnson has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Henry began their career in 2012 as a Tech Support at All IT Supported. Henry then transitioned to Digital Vizions, Inc. as a Social Engineer and Consultant, where they worked on design documents for game mechanics and social media interaction. In 2013, they joined EquipNet as a Software Trainer/Analyst, where they developed a Check Request System Application using various programming languages.

From 2015 to 2019, Henry worked at enLabel Global Services, Inc. as an Implementation Engineer. Henry was responsible for deploying proprietary software to locked down environments and delivered services including training, documentation, implementation, and support. At ERPLY Retail Platform, from 2019 to 2020, they served as a Tier 2 Support Specialist/Implementation Specialist. In this role, they provided customer support, identified and escalated issues, and managed the helpdesk queue.

From 2020 to 2021, Henry worked at Centiro Solutions as an Application Specialist. Their responsibilities included leading enterprise implementations and third-party integrations, defining customer experience and technical requirements, and integrating the company platform with client systems.
