Taylor Howell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Research Intern at the Latah County Historical Society, where they assisted in a renovation project and updated the map index. They then served as an Algebra Tutor at the Polya Mathematics Center at the University of Idaho while also working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant on an archaeological project. Taylor later joined T-Mobile as a General Care Representative, providing customer assistance at a call center. They also worked at the Huntington Learning Center as an ACT/SAT Test Prep Teacher, teaching high school students test prep strategies and math/reading skills. At U.S. Bank, Taylor held various roles, including Teller, Universal Banker, Assistant Branch Manager, and Client Relationship Consultant, where they built relationships, identified customers' needs, and made beneficial recommendations. Most recently, Taylor worked at OpSec Security as a Brand Analyst, protecting clients from illegitimate online activity and working with international brand companies. Taylor is currently a Customer Success Manager at Kount, an Equifax Company.
Taylor Howell attended the University of Idaho from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Anthropology and History. In addition to their formal education, Taylor also received several certifications from Codecademy. In April 2021, they completed the "Web Development Career Path" certification. Prior to that, in October 2020, they obtained the "Learn the Command Line" certification, followed by the "Learn Git" certification in June 2020. Lastly, in April 2020, they completed the "Building Interactive JavaScript Websites" certification.
