Tom Romano

Tom Romano, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, they worked at Miles Table as a PM and Operations Manager, beginning as a delivery driver and later assisting with catering. From 2013 to 2015, they joined Microsoft as an IT Project Management Consultant and Senior Test Engineer, leading a remote team of testers. Next, Tom worked at Cisco in 2015-2016 as a SaaS Project Management Consultant, collaborating with business units to develop and implement customized project management solutions. Tom then joined HP in 2016 as a Senior Business Strategy Manager, where they built HP's Design PMO and led a team of design program managers, scrum masters, and business planners. At HP, they also drafted a plan to divide their team into two new L3 organizations and played a key role in business planning and driving project management best practices. Most recently, Tom joined Kount, an Equifax Company, in 2022, first as Vice President of Product Operations, responsible for driving visions and capturing market opportunities. Tom then took on the role of Vice President of Strategy and Execution, leading AI-driven fraud protection initiatives, driving mergers and acquisitions, overseeing SaaS product development, and optimizing the sales-to-revenue lifecycle.

Tom Romano, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy with a Pre-Law Emphasis from Temple University from 2009 to 2013. Tom then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boise State University between 2016 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Tom also holds several certifications including Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci obtained in July 2021, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org obtained in June 2016, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute obtained in April 2016, and Agile Certified Practitioner from Project Management Institute obtained in May 2018.
