Channel Partner Success Manager at Kount

Zack M. has a diverse range of work experience. Zack currently works at Kount, an Equifax Company as a Channel Partner Success Manager. Prior to this, they worked at FreeUp as a Principle Consultant.

Zack also has experience at OpSec Security, where they held multiple roles. Zack started as a Brand Analyst, analyzing large data sets to identify solutions for clients in order to prevent brand infringement. Zack then became a Customer Success Manager, directly responsible for managing an enterprise portfolio of customer success programs.

Before that, Zack worked at Water4 as a Project Manager, coordinating projects focused on providing clean water to developing countries. Zack traveled internationally and assisted with training local entrepreneurs on manual water well drilling.

Zack also worked at EVERFI as an Implementation Manager, where they managed on-boarding of SaaS customers and generated leads through direct outreach to schools throughout Oklahoma.

Additionally, Zack has experience as a Care Coordinator at Red Rock Behavioral Health, where they managed caseloads and developed care plans for families. Zack also acted as a liaison between Red Rock and the Department of Human Services (DHS), building relationships to increase collaboration between organizations.

Zack's work experience also includes an internship as a Program Assistant at Touchstone Youth Mentoring, where they completed a required internship for their B. A. degree. Zack started their career as a Student Journalist and later became the Advertising Manager at East Central University's independent newspaper.

Lastly, Zack had an internship as a Traveling Advocate at Invisible Children, where they played a role in the widely-known "Kony 2012" internet campaign, raising awareness for war crimes. Zack helped manage a speaking tour across the country, speaking to various audiences about the cause.

Zack M. completed their B.A. degree in Business & Human Services/Psychology from East Central University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Zack later pursued a Masters of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.
