Troy Prater

Troy Prater is a QA/QC Lab Manager with over 20 years of experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality management. Currently serving as a QA/Lab Manager at Koura Global, Troy previously held various roles at Nalco Water, including Quality Manager and SHE Supervisor, where they focused on maintaining ISO certification and developing safety protocols. Troy’s extensive experience includes a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, implementing effective EHSQ programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They hold an M.S. in Environmental Health and Safety from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Environmental Management from Louisiana State University.
