Dave Menefee

Dave Menefee is the President and CEO at NDT- NonDestructive Testing, Inc., where Dave serves as the FAA Accountable Manager and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Dave is also the Principal at Koury Engineering, overseeing technical construction and testing services. Previously, Dave was the President/RMO at C Below Subsurface Imaging and the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer at O'Brien Kreitzberg/URS, where Dave received an award for their construction management. Dave began their career as a Senior Inspector at Signet Testing, working on various large projects for the Federal Government.
