A husband and wife team with both design and building built into one, together they pour their love for beautiful homes and architecture into renovating and building stunning homes in the Charlotte area. They gained much of their inspiration from their many trips to Europe, including the Haussman era apartments in Paris and medieval architecture in Vienna. Their motto, "creating spaces that AGE well" drives them to produce homes and designs of quality craftsmanship that will last for years to come.

Here at Kovalinskiy Design, we strive to offer custom home services with integrity and quality craftsmanship. Our contracting team works very closely with our design team, to minimize any confusion and deliver our clients their dream homes. We believe that a build partnership is most importantly based on the trust between client and team, resulting in a lasting friendship long after our clients made their house into a home. We offer turnkey custom home building services, handling the entire process from start to finish.
