Andy Poling has over thirty years of experience in the technology industry. Andy began their career at Johns Hopkins University in 1987 as a Sr UNIX Systems Programmer, where they modernized centralized UNIX computing systems and implemented leading edge dns, email and web services. In 2000, they moved to Affinity Internet as VP Engineering. In 2006, they joined Hostway as a System Architect. Most recently, they have been working at Kove as Development Manager since 2008, leading the development of the fastest, most featureful and best value-per-IOPS solid-state storage in the world.

Andy Poling attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math.
