Adan Ramos

Adan Ramos is an accomplished business builder and operator with 20 years of experience leading P&L, launching markets, and scaling businesses across Latin America in FMCG, startups, and technology-enabled platforms. Currently serving as Head of Strategy Growth and Profitability LATAM at Moove and Country General Manager in Mexico for Kovi, Adan successfully built Kovi’s Mexican operation from the ground up and achieved unit economic profitability. Previously, Adan held senior leadership roles at Rappi during its hyper-growth phase, as well as serving as CEO of Loly in the Sky. Adan began their career at Procter & Gamble and has since been recognized for academic excellence with an Executive MBA from IE Business School. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Adan remains active as an angel investor and mentor to early-stage founders.
