Diego Haim

Diego Haim's work experience can be summarized as follows: Diego started their career as an intern in Metalúrgica Estamparia LICCO, where they implemented the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard. Diego then worked as an intern in Promon Engenharia, gaining experience in mechanical engineering. Diego later joined Bain & Company, starting as an Associate Consultant and eventually progressing to Senior Manager. During their time at Bain & Company, they worked with top management in various industries, addressing a wide range of topics such as turnaround strategy, digital capabilities, customer experience, and M&A strategy. Currently, Diego works at Kovi as the Chief Product Officer, after having served as the Head of Insurance and a Senior Product Manager.

Diego Haim completed their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2006 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, they also pursued an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
