Jenna Kitts is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Junior System Administrator at an investment firm since August 2018, Jenna specializes in troubleshooting issues and managing user and security permissions. Previously, roles at Guaranteed Rate and NTT DATA Services involved remote support and on-site PC support, respectively, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting network outages and providing technical assistance.
