John Buckingham

John Buckingham has over 30 years of investment management experience. John started at Al Frank Asset Management in 1987 and served as the Chief Investment Officer until 2018. In 2018, they joined Kovitz Investment Group through their acquisition of AFAM Capital. Currently, John holds multiple roles at Kovitz Investment Group, including Principal, Portfolio Manager, and Editor of The Prudent Speculator newsletter. Additionally, they chair the AFAM Investment Committee, leading a team in investment research and financial market analysis.
