Varun Sanon

Varun Sanon is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Kovitz since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sanon was with Focus Financial Partners as a Principal and Vice President from April 2019 to June 2024. Sanon's career includes positions such as Investment Banking Associate at Guggenheim Partners and Associate roles at Courtside Ventures and Guggenheim Partners, where extensive work on investment opportunities in various sectors, including sports, technology, and media, was conducted. Sanon also contributed to strategic investments at ABRY Partners and led trading initiatives at the Danhakl Family Foundation. As co-founder and Director of Velo Sportive Pvt. Ltd., efforts were focused on promoting cycling, while previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Convertech Equipment Pvt. Ltd., responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing and business strategy. Sanon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Accounting and Economics from Loyola Marymount University.
