Nicolas Scietti

Nicolas Scietti has worked in various roles since 2000. Nicolas began their career at Punke S.A. as an Administrativo in 2000. In 2004, they moved to Andreani Grupo Logístico as an Ejecutivo de Cuentas. Nicolas then worked at Centersat SRL in the same role from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they took on an Encargado role at Ollivander S.R.L., where they were responsible for the general functioning, searching for strategies to improve the service quality, presentation and reach, as well as directing personnel and selecting suppliers. From 2011 to 2013, Nicolas worked at Telecom Personal Argentina as a Representante del Servicio de Atención al Cliente, managing customer queries and sales opportunities, and evaluating and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Telecom Argentina as a Product Owner, maximizing the value of an agile-generated solution, and procuring the Scrum team to add value to the business. Nicolas also held the role of Analista Sr. de Procesos, defining and validating the current business operation with managers, designing future process models with business participants, and participating in the #FAN project to develop a new CRM to reach all Telecom Argentina customers. In 2022, Nicolas began working at Kovix as a Sr. Business Analyst, responsible for business requirement gathering and reconciliation, and providing technical solutions to problems.

Nicolas Scietti obtained their Bachillerato from Instituto San Román in 1994-1998. Nicolas then attended Universidad de Palermo, where they earned a Licenciado en Relaciones Públicas from 1999-2003. Afterward, they attended Instituto Tecnológico Argentino to obtain a Software y Sistemas degree in 2003. Currently, Nicolas is enrolled in Nulinga to study Inglés and is expected to graduate in 2023. Additionally, Nicolas has obtained certifications in Desarrollo web Fullstack - HTML&CSS / JAVASCRIPT / REACT from apx in 2022, Gestión de almacenes y depósitos from IEEC Escuela de Negocios, Supply Chain y Logística in 2022, Mejora de procesos Lean - DMAIC from Setec Consulting Group in 2016, and VENTA CONSULTIVA from ESAMA in 2005.
