Or A. has extensive professional experience, beginning in 2005 when they served as a Company Commander of Medic Training in the Israel Defense Forces. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at The Israeli Fund for UNICEF as a Content Writer and Administrative Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at the Ministry of Defense as an Intelligence Analyst and Product Specialist. Since 2019, they have held two positions at Kovrr: Product Manager and Data Analyst. Additionally, since 2019, they have served as a Parliamentary Advisor for a Party’s Chairperson Member of Knesset (MK) at Knesset.

Or A. completed a Certificate in Gym and Fitness Instructors from Tel Aviv University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Legal Studies from Bar-Ilan University in 2017. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from Tel Aviv University in 2013.
