Michael Roberts

Michael Roberts has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Plant Engineer at Norton Chemical Process Products Corporation in 1996. In 2001, they joined Integrated Flow Solutions as an Electrical Engineer and later held the positions of Electrical Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager. During their tenure, they successfully led the growth of Tyler Operations and played a key role in the sale of the company. Michael also oversaw various departments and projects, implemented cost-saving measures, and collaborated with other executives to achieve revenue goals. In 2017, they established RBJ Properties, LLC, where they served as the Owner and President. Most recently, they joined KP Engineering, LP as the VP of Operations in 2020.

Michael Roberts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they have obtained various certifications related to organization design, business automation, remote job searching, and Microsoft software applications from LinkedIn, with their most recent certifications completed in 2020.
