Our mission is to move complex ideas "out of the head and into reality" through engineering precision and superior craftsmanship.

A Legacy of Scale and Proven Results
While we currently focus exclusively on outdoor retreats, our foundation is built on large-scale residential and commercial development. Between 2012 and 2019, KP Homescapes served as a trusted partner for national institutional investors, managing the full-gut renovation of over 150 homes. Our systems are built for high-stakes execution—at our peak in 2018, we successfully took 82 homes to the closing table in a single year.

Our commitment to "TV-quality" results was validated when our work was featured on HGTV’s "House Hunters" (Season 211, Episode 4). As the team behind the featured “Waldorf” house renovation, we demonstrated our ability to meet rigorous design standards and complex project timelines.
