Steven C. is a seasoned Risk Management Consultant with over 24 years in the fire service, culminating in their role as Fire Chief for the City of River Falls. Previously, they served as Assistant Chief of Community Risk Management in La Crosse, overseeing fire inspections and community risk reduction programs. Steven's responsibilities included developing emergency action plans and coordinating citywide emergency management efforts. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Fire Services Administration and an Associate in Fire Science, enhancing their expertise in fire science and risk management strategies. Currently, Steven continues to apply their extensive knowledge as a Risk Management Consultant and adjunct instructor at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
